Adhesive-Backed (PSA) Discs

Change your sanding discs without the need for tools using these PSA-backed (pressure-sensitive adhesive) discs. Press the discs onto the supportive pad of a compatible sander (like a random-orbit or stationary disc sander) and peel off when the job is complete. PSA discs don’t require holes for mounting, providing full-face contact with the surface for even sanding. Good for sanding plastics, fiberglass, and bare wood, light weld blending, and preparing and finishing metal.

General Purpose

Use these versatile aluminum-oxide abrasive discs on a variety of metals and wood to grind down and debur material (using coarse or medium grits) or buff out imperfections and scratches (using finer grits). Aluminum oxide provides a balance of toughness and resistance to fracturing, making it a well-rounded choice for most workshops and production facilities.

The abrasive grit is spaced out on the surface of these discs to prevent clogging (also known as loading) for a long cutting life and to reduce heat stress for an even, smooth finish. High-Performance Buildup Resistant for Soft Materials

Similar to standard buildup-resistant discs, these discs have spaced out abrasive grit that reduces the buildup of dust and debris (known as loading) and heat generated when sanding wood and soft metals such as aluminum and copper. They have a high-performance silicon-carbide abrasive grit, which is sharper and faster cutting than aluminum oxide.

For Glass & Plastics

Remove sharp edges and other imperfections from hard nonmetallic materials such as glass, plastics, and ceramics with these discs. PSA Backup Pads

Replace worn or damaged backup pads on your sander. A pad is required when using a disc with a power tool, as it provides support and even pressure distribution when sanding. The backup pad should be the same diameter as your sanding disc.
