Blasting Cabinets

Blasting Cabinets

Contained systems enable operators to blast workpieces and reuse abrasive media.

For work on large workpieces or for high volume jobs, freestanding cabinets are the best choice, while benchtop cabinets offer an economical, light duty option for smaller workpieces.

Heavy Duty

Heavy Duty

The durable steel body and legs make these cabinets ideal for heavy duty blasting operations. Also known as suction blasting cabinets, these siphon-feed cabinets have few parts and require less maintenance than more complex systems. Abrasive media is siphoned, or pulled, into the cabinet through a blasting nozzle, where it is distributed across workpieces in the cabinet.

Use these cabinets with glass, aluminum oxide, corn cob, and silicon carbide abrasive media.

Light Duty

Made of durable plastic for light duty blasting, these siphon-feed cabinets have few parts and require less maintenance than more complex systems. They can be used with a shop vacuum for suction. Abrasive media is siphoned, or pulled, into the cabinet through a blasting nozzle, where it is distributed across workpieces in the cabinet.

Use these cabinets with abrasive media such as glass, aluminum oxide, steel and plastic grit, and walnut shells.
