DC Snap-Action Switches

Rated for use on devices powered with direct current, these DC snap-action switches power on and off in a snap to make or break the circuit.

Pin Plunger

These switches are actuated when force is applied perpendicular to the pin at the end of the plunger.

Roller Plunger

As the roller travels along a surface and force is applied, the force is translated from the roller to the plunger, which actuates the switch.

Roller Lever

When the switch setup involves radial movement rather than linear movement, choose a roller lever. A roller on the lever reduces friction, which means less force is required to actuate the switch. When force is removed, the lever springs back to its original position.

Hinge Lever

Use a hinge lever in switch setups where the cam actuates in line with or parallel to the plunger.
