Bubble Diffusers

Ensure efficient and low-maintenance oxygenation for improving water quality in your aerobic wastewater treatment system, pond, or water feature using these bubble diffusers. Compared to simple pipes with holes, diffusers give a consistent, predictable air flow throughout the system and produce smaller bubbles, which transfer more oxygen per volume of air because of their greater surface area. They also act as check valves, reducing backflow of water into the air line by closing over the inlet when the air supply is shut down.

Membrane Diffuser for Fine Bubbles

Commonly used in fixed-grid systems, membrane (disc) diffusers require minimal maintenance and are quick to install. Fine bubble diffusers achieve higher aeration and oxygen transfer efficiency and use less energy than medium or coarse bubble diffusers, and typically produce bubbles from 1 to 3 mm in size.

Tubular Diffuser for Fine Bubbles

Use these tube-shaped diffusers for higher oxygen transfer rates than membrane (disc) diffusers. They have a large active surface area and are commonly used in retrievable grid systems. Fine bubble diffusers achieve higher aeration and oxygen transfer efficiency and use less energy than medium or coarse bubble diffusers, and typically produce bubbles from 1 to 3 mm in size.

High Volume Diffuser for Fine Bubbles

These fine bubble diffusers are ideal for mixing and improving water clarity in small- to medium-sized ponds or industrial tanks deeper than 2 ft. Fine bubble diffusers achieve higher aeration and oxygen transfer efficiency and use less energy than medium or coarse bubble diffusers, and typically produce bubbles at. 05 mm (50 microns) in size.

Membrane Diffuser for Medium Bubbles

Install these disc diffusers to treat greases in industrial tanks or to aerate water in retention ponds. They are less prone to plugging than fine bubble diffusers, but not as efficient in transferring oxygen. Membrane (disc) diffusers are commonly mounted on fixed or liftable pipe grids.

Membrane Diffuser for Coarse Bubbles

Excellent for aerating and mixing secondary phase sewage wastewater, these disc diffusers are less likely to plug than fine and medium bubble diffusers, but consume more energy. Membrane (disc) diffusers are commonly mounted on fixed or liftable pipe grids.
