Peristaltic Chemical Metering Pumps

Peristaltic Chemical Metering Pumps

Transfer precise amounts of fluids with these peristaltic metering pumps. They are typically used instead of diaphragm pumps for fluids with high levels of particulates because there are no delicate internal parts to clog. These pumps have a spinning rotor with multiple protrusions that press against a tube filled with liquid to move the liquid forward. This method eliminates the need for valves and results in a feed rate that is less reliant on fluid pressure than diaphragm pumps, allowing for a more gentle transfer of fluids.

General Purpose

Transfer chemical liquids for light-duty applications such as injecting chlorine, weak acids, alkaline solutions, and other compatible fluids with these self-priming pumps.

Adjustable Rate

Control your chemical injection rate with these adjustable rate pumps, ideal for treating water for pools and spas, industrial processes, and utilities. These devices offer an adjustable output range in set increments.

1 Phase — 220V AC

Intermittent Duty — 20:1 Turndown Ratio

1 Phase — 115V AC

Variable Speed

Manage the pump speed with these variable speed pumps where speed can be smoothly adjusted using keypad controls over a range and also set to run on a timer. These pumps are ideal for injecting disinfectants or other solutions to treat water for residential and industrial purposes.

Continuous Duty — 20:1 Turndown Ratio

1 Phase — 220V AC

Intermittent Duty — 100:1 Turndown Ratio

1 Phase — 115V AC

Intermittent Duty — 10:1 Turndown Ratio

Fixed Rate

Use these fixed rate peristaltic metering pumps alone, with add-on controllers, or proportional injection systems for dosing based on water volume. The output of these pumps is not adjustable and is a product of the rotations per minute of the motor gears and size of the pump tube that you use.

Continuous Duty

1 Phase — 220V AC

Intermittent Duty

1 Phase — 115V AC

Programmable

Manage complex chemical feed schedules with these programmable pumps. These models have an integral timer and a compact design for light-duty tasks that require a schedule such as water fountain sanitation, treatment of pools, or cleaning drain lines.

Continuous Duty

1 Phase — 120V AC

Panel Mounted

Mount these panel-style pumps onto a wall or other convenient surface where they can be anchored by studs or in concrete. Commonly used for residential or other light-duty well water treatment applications, they have an integrated junction box for wire organization and a flow indicator for easy monitoring. They should be mounted in a dry location to help prevent water from affecting the pump.
