Rotary Gear Pump Heads

Change out your worn pump heads with these rotary gear pump heads, or attach a head to a separate power source to provide a steady flow for a variety of industrial and commercial applications. These pumps operate in either direction, are self-priming, and are good for pumping high-viscosity fluids. They can also generally handle high temperatures and pressures and are not for water-based solutions.

Direct Mount

Mounted directly to an electric motor for a secure fit in limited space, these compact pumps are driven from the motor's shaft.

Pedestal Mount

These versatile pumps aren't mounted directly on a motor, allowing them to be driven by different types of drives including electric motors, gasoline engines, or pneumatic motors using pulleys and belts, gear boxes, or other coupling devices. The pedestal mount reduces the chance of leaks reaching the motor, as well as making maintenance easier than with close coupled pumps.

Carbonator Motor Mount

Attach these pumps by using a circular clamp to a designated hub on a carbonator motor. Similar to close-coupled mounts, this type of mounting reduces the overall footprint of the pump in tight spaces and is often used for dispensing carbonated beverages from soft drink dispensers.
