Crowfoot Wrenches

Crowfoot Wrenches

Consisting of an interchangeable U-shaped wrench head that attaches to a ratchet wrench or socket wrench handle, crowfoot wrenches are a useful alternative to standard wrenches in applications where a large wrench is needed, where many sizes of wrenches are required, or where there is concern about space for tool storage or tool weight. When mounted, the head sits at a perpendicular angle to the handle, providing better access to fasteners in hard-to-reach areas than a wrench with a cylindrical socket

Open End

A versatile tool for a wide range of applications, these U-shaped wrench heads have two fixed jaws of varying sizes that grip the opposing faces of a hexagonal fastener to turn or hold it.

Flare Nut

Often used in the automotive and plumbing industries for loosening or tightening tube and pipe fittings, flare nut wrench heads have six points along the inside edge and make contact with all but one of the sides of a hexagonal fastener for good grip when turning or holding the fastener. Flare nut wrenches provide better access to hard-to-reach fasteners than box wrenches and are less likely than an open-end wrench to slip off and damage fasteners made from softer metals such as brass and copper.
