Paddle Locksets
Just push the paddle on these locking devices to open doors. Also known as push/pull or trim locksets, they're easier to use than knobs or levers, making them a popular choice for facilities with wide accessibility requirements, such as hospitals. They include a push/pull paddle, a strike plate, and either a deadlatch or a deadbolt.
Choose hardware that’s compatible with your door’s handing. Stand on the side of the door that allows you to see the hinges with the door closed. If the hardware will be installed on the left, it's left-handed. If the hardware will be installed on the right, it's right-handed.
