Downblast Ventilators

Exhaust or supply clean air with these downblast ventilators. They have a bell-shaped cap that discharges air downward toward the roof and keeps rain out so there's no need for a damper, which upblast fans require. Their direct drive motor requires less maintenance and makes them more efficient, compact, lighter weight, and easier to clean than belt drive models. They offer less control over speed and are typically louder than belt drive ventilators.

These belt drive centrifugal ventilators allow you to adjust the volume of airflow as needed and are great for drying and air conditioning systems. They produce more friction among moving parts than direct drive units, so they may be less efficient and require more maintenance.
