Prevent heat loss or gain in extreme temperatures with these durable, rigid boards. They can be used in furnace wall structural supports, drying ovens, storage tanks, and petrochemical and power generating equipment to maintain equipment operational efficiency.
Mineral Wool: 0° to 1200° F
Use these insulation boards with drying equipment, petrochemical and power-generating equipment, and storage tanks. These lightweight, easy-to-cut boards are water repellent, noncorrosive, and chemically inert with excellent thermal and compressive resistance. They are ideal for use in wet environments as they do not absorb water.
Calcium Silicate: 0° to 1700° Degrees F
The corrosion, thermal, and compressive resistance of these boards makes them ideal for use as furnace wall structural supports as well as insulation behind fire brick to help prevent cracks and damage from thermal spalling. Virtually dust-free, they can be machined to almost any shape and size needed.
Polyisocyanurate: -297° to 297° Degrees F
Prevent condensation and frost from forming on air-condition, power, and process equipment with these lightweight, rigid boards. They have low moisture vapor permeability and high moisture resistance to prevent heat gain in sub-zero temperatures. The boards can be cut to size.
