Mist Coolant Systems & Accessories

Mist Coolant Systems & Accessories

Good for light to moderate machining and cutting operations, these systems cool, reduce friction, remove chips, and protect tools with a mist. They use compressed air to turn coolant into a spray, making mist systems more efficient and less messy than flood systems.

Fast Setup

Fast Setup

Good for light duty machining operations, these systems take just a few minutes to set up—simply drop the siphon line into a coolant reservoir and use a compressed air source to draw coolant out. Units include a filter on the siphon line, a precision needle valve that controls flow, and a flex-and-stay hose that lets you position the nozzle in any direction. Mount using the magnetic base.

With Reservoir

With Reservoir

Generally used for light to moderate drilling, tapping, milling, and sawing applications, these dispensers come with a coolant reservoir so you don't need to supply your own. Use compressed air to siphon coolant out; air and coolant flow can be adjusted separately using precision needle valves. These units also have a coolant gauge and a bracket for permanent mounting to equipment.

Output for manual control systems is regulated by hand using a compressed air source and the needle valve on the dispenser. Output for automatic control systems is regulated by a solenoid, which allows for instant on/off control of coolant flow to conserve fluid.

Precision Droplet

Precision Droplet

Also known as minimum quantity lubrication and microdrop dispensers, these systems spray precisely measured drops of lubricant directly onto the edge of your cutting tool. They use undiluted oil-based cutting fluid in amounts as little as 1 ounce per 8 hours, minimizing waste and eliminating the need for fluid disposal. Such precise lubrication also enables quick, efficient cutting, and extends the life of your machine. Dispensers include a flex-and-stay hose that allows you to direct the mist exactly where it's needed. Not for use with concentrated water-soluble lubricants.
