Skate Wheel Conveyors

Skate Wheel Conveyors

Small wheels mounted on a series of axles make these lightweight conveyors better than roller conveyors for light-duty transport of flat, firm-bottom items such as boxes and totes. These are common for temporary gravity conveyor systems that use the weight of the load moving downward or a manual push to move down the line. Different axle spacings and wheel densities are available to ensure a span of at least 3 axles and 5 wheels are supporting the load at all times.

Configure the exact conveyor system you need by connecting multiple sections of these rigid-frame skate wheel conveyors and pairing with a compatible permanent mount H stand or portable tripod T stand. Often called sticks, the conveyors have a staggered wheel design above the frame which allows them to accommodate oversized materials.

The accordion-style frame stretches and bends for greater versatility in set up configurations. They also have adjustable-height legs with sturdy swivel casters to easily roll where needed, and collapse for storage when they're no longer needed. Their quick set up and collapse make them ideal for trailer loading and unloading, temporary assembly lines, and to add length to an existing conveyor.
