Web Slings

Made from lightweight yet strong material, web slings absorb shock and are generally flexible, making them less likely to damage delicate loads than chain or wire rope slings. Slings have an identification tag attached that displays load capacity and material construction to help avoid misidentification.

With Flat Eyes (Type 3)

Also known as eye-and-eye or double-eye slings, these flat-eye slings can be used with basket, choker, and vertical lifting hitches. The webbing is looped on both ends to accommodate lifting attachments. The eyes lie flat for fast rigging and removal.

With Twisted Eyes (Type 4)

These twisted-eye slings, also called eye-and-eye twist slings, are designed to create a better choker hitch configuration than type 3 slings. The twists in the end loops also allow the webbing to nest easily on hooks, making them good for basket and vertical hitch lifts.

Endless (Type 5)

Configured in a single open loop, these endless slings can be used with basket, choker, and vertical lifting hitch styles. They can be rotated periodically to reduce wear, and their straps can be spread in basket and choker hitches for additional stability.

Reinforced Endless with Twisted Eyes (Type 6)

Provide extra protection against wear with these reinforced endless twisted eye slings, also known as reverse eye slings. The edges of these slings are sewn together to create 2 twisted ends, providing the advantages of twisted-eye slings with a wider sling width and greater wear resistance. Like twisted-eye slings, these are best suited for use with choke hitches, but they can also be used in basket and vertical hitch applications.

High-Capacity Basket with Tapered Eyes (Type 8)

For use with basket hitch lifting applications, these slings have extra-wide webbing for excellent stability and high strength. Also known as continuous eye wide lift or cargo slings, these slings are similar to type 6 slings but with better load weight distribution to protect easily damaged surfaces and increased lifting capacity.

Light-Duty Basket with Attached Loops (Type 9)

Like extra-wide basket hitch slings, these light-duty cargo slings have wide webbing for load distribution and reduced wear. For use in light duty applications, they have sewn-on ends that result in lower load capacity than most slings. They have thin loops to fit on small hooks.

With Triangle & Choker Fittings (Type 1)

With a slotted triangular fitting on one end and a choker fitting on the other, these web slings are designed for secure and efficient choker configurations. They can also be used in vertical and basket configurations. The webbing has an internal red yarn wear indicator for quick, reliable inspections.

With Triangle Fittings (Type 2)

For use in basket and vertical hitch lifting applications, these slings have 2 triangular steel flat-eye fittings that can attach to lifting rigging, while protecting webbing from premature wear. The webbing has an internal red yarn wear indicator for quick, reliable inspections.

With Universal Fittings (Type U)

These web slings have universal fittings on each end to quickly thread through for a choker configuration on either end, helping to extend the life of the sling through reduced wear. They can also accommodate lifting hitches for vertical and basket configurations. The webbing has an internal red yarn wear indicator for quick, reliable inspections.

Double Leg with Hooks

These double-leg slings with hooks, also called bridle slings, allow for increased stability over loads than single-leg slings with reduced wear. They have a steel master link and 2 legs fitted with forged steel hooks on the ends, and are typically used in applications where the load has fixed lifting points.
