Gauge Blocks

Frequently used in tool making and to check other measuring tools, these blocks are produced to tight tolerances and can be used to measure with extreme precision and accuracy. While often used to measure distances between parallel surfaces, they are also used to verify the length of other measuring tools, such as micrometers.

Gauge Blocks

Accurately measure the distance between two parallel surfaces to within a few millionths of an inch with these gauge blocks. Two or more blocks can be combined, called wringing, to create different lengths for even more functionality.

Gauge Block Sets

Keep a set of gauge blocks of varying sizes on hand to handle a variety of measuring jobs. Similarly shaped blocks can be put together, called wringing, for even more versatility.

Raise a workpiece a prescribed distance off of a machine table or other surface with these gauge blocks. They also help ensure accurate spacing and angles when inspecting or working on items. Bolt these blocks together or to a table for stability.
