Fast-Install Brass Compression Tube Fittings

Fast-Install Brass Compression Tube Fittings

These preassembled fittings have a captive sleeve (or ferrule) that is correctly positioned in the nut for quick installation. They are made from corrosion-resistant brass and resist rusting when exposed to water. Suitable for non-potable (not for human consumption) water applications, including machinery, chemical transfer, and air, lubrication, and cooling lines.

Compression fittings do not require welding, flaring, or any other tube preparation to install, reducing installation time and maintenance costs. The sleeve compresses against the tubing as the nut is tightened to form a tight seal. For use with hard plastic or metal tubing.

Unions

Join tubing running in the same direction with these fittings.

Connectors

Use these fittings to connect threaded pipe or fittings to tubing in a straight line.

Male NPT Pipe Connection

Female NPT Pipe Connection

90° Union Elbows

Connect tubing at a 90° angle with these union elbows. They have tubing connections on both ends.

90° Elbows

Make a sharp 90° change in the direction of your tubing with these 90° elbows. They have a threaded connection on one end and a tubing connection on the other.

Male NPT Pipe Connection Elbow

Male NPT Pipe Connection Extruded Elbow

Female NPT Pipe Connection Elbow

45° Elbows

Redirect tubing at a 45° angle with these elbows, which have a threaded connection on one end and a tubing connection on the other. They restrict flow less than 90° elbows to minimize pressure loss.

Male NPT Pipe Connection

Union Tees

Merge two lines or split a single line into two with these union tee fittings. They have tubing connections on all ports.

Run Tees

Create a 90° branch to send flow into two tubing lines or to join flow from two tubing lines. Run tees have a tubing connection in the middle set at a 90° angle to a threaded connection on one end and a tubing connection on the other.

Branch Tees

Combine two lines into one or split a single line into two with these tees. They have a threaded middle port set at a 90° angle to a tubing connection on either end.

Nuts

Replace broken or worn nuts on your compression fittings, or swap your current nut out for a different style.
