Anchoring Connectors & Devices

Anchoring Connectors & Devices

Attach these devices to structures to create anchor points for connecting fall-arrest equipment used to help stop falls and protect workers during descents. Anchoring connectors and devices are used with body harnesses and other equipment as part of a fall-arrest system.

Slings

Wrap these anchors around an overhead structural member such as a beam or brace and attach a lifeline or lanyard to create a temporary anchor that allows freedom of movement. The anchor self-tightens when downward force is applied.

Self-Closing Squeeze Grip

Simply squeeze the hand grip on these anchors to open them, and then fit the anchor over a beam, pipe, or other structural member to create a temporary anchor point. When the grip is released, the anchor closes automatically for quick, one-handed installation. These connectors move with the worker more easily than sling-style anchors.

Rooftop Anchor Posts

Provide a permanent or temporary anchor point on a roof with these posts. They absorb the energy of a fall rather than diverting the energy into the roof structure, as traditional anchors do. They come with mounting hardware and install quickly on the roof's surface. Select an anchor post that is compatible with your roof type.

Pour-In-Place Rebar Anchor Straps

Create a temporary anchor point for construction applications with these anchor straps. To install, loop one end of the strap around rebar, and then pour concrete over the strap, leaving the connection ring and a portion of the webbing exposed. When the job is done, just cut off the exposed portion of the strap.
