High Visibility Shirts

Find the long- or short-sleeved shirts you need to help make yourself visible to those in your work environment. These shirts are made of fluorescent-colored materials, and may have reflective elements such as tape, strips, and fabrics. They are available in various materials and a range of sizes for a comfortable fit.

ANSI Class 3

Consisting of more high-visibility material than Class 1 and 2 garments, these shirts meet ANSI standards for Class 3 high-visibility clothing. They offer visibility in complex backgrounds and through a full range of body movement. Depending on the amount of high-visibility material they contain, they can be used in roadway (Type R) or public safety (Type P) environments. Type R environments include: roadway construction sites, parking and toll gate operations, crosswalks, towing operations, and airport baggage handling and ground crew areas. Type P apparel is typically worn by law enforcement and emergency response personnel, firefighters, and accident site investigators.

ANSI Class 2

Meeting ANSI Class 2 standards for high-visibility clothing, these shirts have more high-visibility material than Class 1 apparel. They offer better definition of the human form and provide the minimum level of protection recommended for workers exposed to roadway rights-of-way and temporary traffic control (TTC) zones. Based on the amount high-visibility materials they have, they are rated for use in either roadway (Type R) or public safety (Type P) environments. Jobs that call for Type R apparel include: roadway construction, parking and toll gate operation, crossing guard work, towing operations, and airport baggage handling and ground crew work. Type P apparel is typically worn by law enforcement and emergency response personnel, firefighters, and accident site investigators.
