About This Product

This Brass Barbed Tube Connector has a barbed connection on port 1 and a male connection on port 2. It is designed for use with 3/16 in outside diameter tubing and has a 1/8 pipe size. It has a NPT port 2 connection type, which is a U. S. Standard (National Pipe Thread Tapered) that identifies a fitting with an internal thread that is tapered, which forms a seal when torqued as the flanks of the threads compress against each other. It has a 125 psi maximum operating pressure. Sold individually.

About General Purpose Brass Barbed Tube Fittings

Corrosion-resistant brass fittings resist rusting when exposed to water and are suitable for use with polyethylene tubing.

Barbed fittings have raised ridges, or barbs, that hold them firmly in place when they are inserted into tubing and secured with a clamp. Suitable for low-pressure applications.

Use these fittings to connect threaded pipe or fittings to tubing in a straight line.
