About This Product

This Brass Compression 90° Tube Elbow has a male connection on port 2. It also has a NPT port 2 connection type, which is a U. S. Standard (National Pipe Thread Tapered) that identifies a fitting with an internal thread that is tapered, which forms a seal when torqued as the flanks of the threads compress against each other. About Low-Lead Brass Compression Tube Fittings

Connect potable water lines with these corrosion-resistant, low-lead brass fittings. They have been certified by a third party to be compliant with the “Safe Drinking Water Act” requirements for low lead in potable (for human consumption, including drinking and cooking) and non-potable (not for human consumption) water applications.

Compression fittings do not require welding, flaring, or any other tube preparation to install, reducing installation time and maintenance costs. They consist of a body, nut, and sleeve (or ferrule). The sleeve compresses against the tubing as the nut is tightened to form a tight seal. For use with hard plastic or metal tubing.

Make a sharp 90° change in the direction of your tubing with these 90° elbows. They have a threaded connection on one end and a tubing connection on the other.
