About Spring Clamps
Similar to a clothespin, spring clamps have two handles joined by a spring and provide fast clamping on a range of materials. Also known as pinch clamps, they are a good choice for light duty tasks such as holding material for painting or gluing or clamping a workpiece for small repairs.
Sometimes called power clamps, these spring clamps lock onto a workpiece for a secure grip. Squeeze the handles to set the clamp at the desired locking point, and press the trigger on the handle to release the clamp.
