About Electric Vibrators

Using electric power, including plug, hard wire, and battery, these vibrators have a longer service life than air-powered vibrators due to fewer parts to maintain. They are typically used to keep materials moving in drums and bags and to unjam parts on conveyors and in chutes.

Use these compact, low-vibration AC-powered vibrators for applications requiring a small amount of force and frequent stops and starts, such as on small hoppers, chutes, and filling machines. Force can be changed by adjusting the internal weights, except for the watertight style, which has a fixed force. Speed, or frequency, can be controlled by adding a rheostat or other speed controller. They are rated for continuous use unless the force is increased from the factory setting, at which point they are for intermittent use only.
