About Straight Grinding Wheels (Type 1)

Attach these flat abrasive wheels to a stationary grinder for sharpening, shaping, and deburring metal or stone workpieces.

Keep things cool when cutting hardened and high speed tool steels. These wheels have slightly fractured white aluminum-oxide abrasive, which creates a cooling effect to prevent the workpiece and wheel from heating up and deforming or burning.
