Easily connect and disconnect hooks to hoist rings, eye bolts, pad eyes, or other fixed attachment points on your load with these shackles. They consist of a U-shaped ring and removable pin. Shackles can also be used as a gathering point for multi-legged slings.
Great for tasks where the shackles need to be frequently moved, these anchor shackles have a threaded pin (screw pin) which is easy to install and remove. They are also called bow shackles or Class 2 anchor shackles, and have a hole in the screw-pin head to add a wire or clip for added security. The rounded shape of anchor shackles makes them better than D-shackles at handling pulling forces from multiple angles.
Note: The shackle capacity reduces depending on the angle of the load.
